A very tight budget meant we had to be creative to push it as far as possible. For these Cushelle idents I designed and helped our puppeteers operate the 'Kenny Koala' puppet. We only had one hero puppet, so we needed to do multiple takes with it in different positions. We then composited them all together for the final shots. When the budget is super tight I often end up doing the vocalisations of the puppets. If you watch enough of my work you'll start to notice my standard "puppet voice" crops up a lot. I think I need to work on some new ones!
