I've always enjoyed designing creatures and characters when the opportunity arises. I designed the twins cars and helmets to have paint schemes like the American hotrod cars I enjoyed playing with as a kid. I'm also a twin myself so based the ant twins rough and tumble on how my brother and I played when out of earshot of Mum. The Dad ant is designed to look like my Dad. I don't think I ever told him.
